TDS 2009.0 Key Additions:

  • Incremental Conditioner.  Accumulates timing extracted from numberous EVCD files of the same device into a tester neutral database for one time wavebridging to the target ATE output.  Saves time and effort.
  • New WDB, STILDB, is in Beta.  STILDB is 100% backward compatible with all previous 64-bit WDBs.
  • Waveform Analyzer Tool (WAT) Conditioner.  Seeding the WAT with high-speed timing shapes and pin assignment file for fast and accurate SerDes pattern generation.
